Razavi Law Group, APC is a premiere personal injury and employment litigation firm. We are seeking a professional and friendly team player to join our team as a Case Assistant. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is excited to grow with our rapidly expanding law firm.
Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office effectiveness
- Handle communication with doctors, insurance adjusters, and witnesses
- Assist clients with property damage and coordinate clients' treatment
- Locate and develop case relevant information
- Type up basic legal documents and correspondence
- Review received documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain client confidentiality
Qualifications/Skills:
- Prior experience as legal assistant or legal secretary is a plus
- Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, document uploading, and electronic file organization
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
